I purchased the orange, original and chocolate bitters! They shipped fast, extremely well packaged and Man are these good! Will order again.

After seeing the ad on instagram reels I decided unneeded to give these bitters a try. I bought the combo pack and they did not disappoint. The taste is bold and fresh definitely elevating my cocktail experience, and the bottles aesthetically pleasing looking great sitting among the barware.Stay tuned for a review video. Being Canadian made was also a selling feature for this fellow Albertan.

We decided to give these a try because they are a small Canadian company. We have always been a fan of Fee brothers' various flavoured bitters but where we live now it is hard to get anything other than Angostura 's original. We purchased all three flavours of Trav's bitters to give them a shot ( pun intended). Wow, starting just from the first sniff of the original flavour we knew that we were in for a treat. All three are great. The orange bitters in particular bring a refreshing citrus splash with notes of sunshine and spice that have enhanced every drink ( both mocktails and cocktails) that I have tried them in so far. On their own or mixed with Trav's chocolate bitters these are definitely going to impress your tastebuds.

These are great! Interesting, complex bitters with many possibilities.

Rich and complex with a strong herbal base and a very forward clove and cinnamon note. Makes a very nice whiskey Old Fashioned but the flavour profile really shines in rum-based cocktails. Looking forward to experimenting with it in the future.

Rich chocolate flavour, very good in a brandy cocktail.

Strong and intensely orange-flavoured, a little of this goes a long way in a cocktail.

WOW!!! Tried Trav’s Original Bitters for first time this evening at the cocktail hours in my fav…classic Manhattan. Adds a more pleasing flavour to my drink than the old addition of Angostura Bitters. No going back now. Well done Trav…I’m firmly committed now.

Next on my list is to track down an apple-flavoured whiskey and try an Old Fashioned with the Original bitters — I’m pretty sure that would land somewhere in “apple pie in a glass” territory, which sounds fantastic.

What surprised me most was the potency. My first test run with the Original was a bit overpowering because I instinctively used the same amount I’d normally use with other bitters. These are much more concentrated — I’ve since dialed it back to about two dashes instead of the usual 6–7 drops, and the balance is perfect.

Overall, I’m very impressed. Fantastic product.

So glad I bought. The bitters are top notch, and did not disappoint in a classic Old Fashioned. I purchased both the Original and Orange, arrived promptly, packaging made the bottles extra secure and they look great next to a nice bottle of booze to boot!

I randomly bought all three of these after seeing this guy on TikTok and I gotta say, I’m pleased with my purchase! The chocolate flavour is my favourite because it’s most versatile in my life. It suits coffee, earl grey tea or martinis, and other cocktails. It also smells incredible so sometimes I mix a few dashes in with my body lotion (prolly don’t do this lol). Who knew bitters could be so multifunctional!

I just tried all three bitters and came away genuinely impressed. Their craftsmanship shows in the depth and balance of flavour, especially in the aromatic bitters. The blend is warm, complex, and layered with spice, citrus, and herbal notes that elevate cocktails without overpowering them. A few dashes add noticeable character and polish to classics, a must try for sure !

Subtle, deep flavour, very supportive and adds complexity to cocktails. Used in an Improved Vermouth Cocktail and a Boulevardier (used bourbon, lowering the Campari content and adding Amaro Averna). Looking forward to trying in an Espresso martini, among other drink, such as a Black Manhattan. Top notch bitters!
