Refund policy

Return Policy: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or beverage products.

For all other items (bar spoons etc.) there is a 30 day return policy.

Please include your name and order number and you will receive a refund for the item when it is received.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If a glass bottle arrives broken or an item is defective, contact us immediately at Trav@travsbitters.com with a photo of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
