Refund policy

Consumable Goods Policy: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or beverage products (bitters). All sales are final.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If a glass bottle arrives broken or the item is defective, contact us immediately at Trav@travsbitters.com with a photo of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
