I'm from Alberta. I have a fascination for the intricate flavors that make cocktails unforgettable. After years enjoying and sharing cocktails as a host and entertainer, I started experimenting with making my own bitters at home.

I consider bitters to be like cocktail seasoning.

They just add a layer of complexity that really elevates a drink.

Along this journey. couldn't help but notice the lack of options in the bitters section of liquor stores. I'm also a packaging and product development nerd, so that made it easy to decide to create my own line of bitters.

I always say variety is the spice of life.

Since 2023, I've used the best botanicals and spices I could source, carefully curated to achieve the perfect blend of complexity and depth. Each batch is made with care, with the goal of transforming ordinary drinks into extraordinary experiences. I think the world is a better place when we take the time to enjoy things.
