Shipping Policy

We hand-craft our bitters in small batches in Calgary, Alberta. We know you want to get mixing, so we aim to have your order ready as quickly as possible.

Order Processing & Handling Time

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 11:00 AM MST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada to keep things simple.

• Standard Shipping: $8.99 Flat Rate.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders of Subtotal of $35.00+

Transit Times & Carriers

We partner with Stallion Express (Intelcom) for major hubs and Canada Post for rural areas and PO Boxes.

• Estimated Transit Time: 2–11 business days.

• Regional Estimates:

  • Alberta & BC: 1–3 business days.

  • Saskatchewan & Manitoba: 2–4 business days.

  • Ontario & Quebec: 4–6 business days.

  • Atlantic Canada & Rural Areas: 5–11 business days.

Please note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Damages & Issues

Bitters come in glass, and we pack them for a rough ride. However, if your bottle arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at trav@travsbitters.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement out immediately—no questions asked.
