Trav's Original Bitters

Rich and complex with a strong herbal base and a very forward clove and cinnamon note. Makes a very nice whiskey Old Fashioned but the flavour profile really shines in rum-based cocktails. Looking forward to experimenting with it in the future.

WOW!!! Tried Trav’s Original Bitters for first time this evening at the cocktail hours in my fav…classic Manhattan. Adds a more pleasing flavour to my drink than the old addition of Angostura Bitters. No going back now. Well done Trav…I’m firmly committed now.

I ordered these bitters a month ago when my angostura was getting low. I’ve used them multiple times since then and have really enjoyed them in a number of cocktails. First off, I love supporting local. You just can’t beat good products made in small batches.

I saw Teav's Bitters on Facebook. I was interested immediately to try them and also support a western Canadian business. I was not disappointed. They are delicious in a Bourbon Old Fashioned. A lot more flavour per drop comparatively. Next time I visit our local liquor store, I will definitely be telling them about this company!!

What started as an effort to simply 'Buy Canadian' led to a pleasant surprise. The set of Trav's Bitters purchased online were delivered promptly (and in solid packaging that guaranteed their safety) - the units (Original, Orange and Chocolate) were larger than the average bitter, but more importantly, their potency and flavour were outstanding. Will both recommend and order again.

The regular bitters are very nice , good rounded flavour with a pronounced liquorice/anise note.
The chocolate and orange are just as good and even better in combination with each other.
Try that combination in an espresso martini!

We have a family Christmas tradition based in South America called gin and bitters. I bought one for my brother in Vancouver, which I’ll take out to him this year so he can try it with his Christmas breakfast but of course I had to try it myself. It really enhanced the experience! Wow its deeper flavour is delicious I’m sold.

Bought these on a whim after Travis popped up on my feed. The Orange is very good, and will be a nice addition to my small bitters collection, but the Traditional has gone into heavy rotation! Labels are really sharp too - these will make great gifts.

Ordered the mixed pack and it arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The labels are beautiful, definitely would make a stylish gift. I've just tried the aromatic bitters so far. Excellent in a Manhattan with a definite cinnamon note. I will be buying these again.

I ordered the 3 pack variety and have only tried the chocolate bitters so far in an almond old fashioned and also a rye and ginger. I am very impressed! Looking forward to trying the others soon! I will buy again.
