Why It’s Better
Most chocolate bitters hide behind vanilla and sugar. I lead with raw, bittersweet cacao nibs, extracting the pure, nutty essence of chocolate without the sweetness. It adds a "velvety" texture and a dry, sophisticated finish. This isn't a cheap product to produce - I use over 30lbs of cacao nibs in a 100L batch.
The Real Ingredient Difference
By using real cacao nibs rather than extracts, I capture the natural oils and complex tannins of the bean. This results in a bitter that stands up to bold ryes and smoky bourbons instead of getting lost in the glass.

After seeing the ad on instagram reels I decided unneeded to give these bitters a try. I bought the combo pack and they did not disappoint. The taste is bold and fresh definitely elevating my cocktail experience, and the bottles aesthetically pleasing looking great sitting among the barware.Stay tuned for a review video. Being Canadian made was also a selling feature for this fellow Albertan.

Absolutely outstanding bitters. I really enjoyed all three varieties, but the Orange may be my favourite so far.
Next on my list is to track down an apple-flavoured whiskey and try an Old Fashioned with the Original bitters — I’m pretty sure that would land somewhere in “apple pie in a glass” territory, which sounds fantastic.
What surprised me most was the potency. My first test run with the Original was a bit overpowering because I instinctively used the same amount I’d normally use with other bitters. These are much more concentrated — I’ve since dialed it back to about two dashes instead of the usual 6–7 drops, and the balance is perfect.
Overall, I’m very impressed. Fantastic product.

I randomly bought all three of these after seeing this guy on TikTok and I gotta say, I’m pleased with my purchase! The chocolate flavour is my favourite because it’s most versatile in my life. It suits coffee, earl grey tea or martinis, and other cocktails. It also smells incredible so sometimes I mix a few dashes in with my body lotion (prolly don’t do this lol). Who knew bitters could be so multifunctional!
Subtle, deep flavour, very supportive and adds complexity to cocktails. Used in an Improved Vermouth Cocktail and a Boulevardier (used bourbon, lowering the Campari content and adding Amaro Averna). Looking forward to trying in an Espresso martini, among other drink, such as a Black Manhattan. Top notch bitters!

I got the three pack of bitters and as far as I’m concerned, they’re just as good or better than the original bitters. The orange bitters are fantastic as well.
I received the original, chocolate and orange bitters pack by ordering online. I wanted to try them, as I love making old fashions and other cocktails, and supporting a small, Canadian company is always a good investment in my mind. All 3 are excellent in their own right, with good flavours and competitively priced; they hold their own against Ango main brand for me.

If you like an Old Fashioned with a difference..you must try the Chocolate Bitters with cherry bourbon/whiskey, like a sundae with a kick!

I have tried your original bitters and the orange bitters so far in several old fashioned . Excellent flavour profiles . I prefer using your bitters now in certain old fashioned especially works great with rum old fashioned. Very delicious with whisky base old fashioned with maple syrup is a huge hit at my place . Shipping was fairly easy and fast.
I’ve only tried the orange so far but it was amazing! I really enjoyed the flavor it gave my whiskey!

I bought the three pack and absolutely love every one of them. I’ve been working on a cocktail, using stout syrup, whisky, when I was using the other popular brand of bitters… And then topped off with a couple ounces of stout, then I tried it with orange and chocolate bitters. It was amazing!
I've tried all of them and they are great. Best old fashioneds I've made. Will buy again!

I tried the 3 bitters this weekend and the tastes are wonderfull. All my guests really enjoyed the taste of them in my cocktails. The chocolate bitterelevated my moca shots 😀
